Qualification

• Specialist Gynaecologist competent to perform C-Section deliveries as per NHM/Haryana norms.
• Candidate must satisfy all eligibility and documentary requirements specified in the official notice.

Honorarium

• Rs. 3,500/- per C-Section case on on-call basis.
• Payment is strictly on a per-case basis — not a fixed monthly salary.
• Rate applies for C-Section services at District Civil Hospital, Karnal under the on-call arrangement.

Important Dates

• Start Date for Apply (Offline): 01-12-2025
• Last Date for Apply (Offline): 10-12-2025
• Engagement Period: Up to 31-03-2026 (extendable as per requirement)

Selection Process

• Engagement purely on on-call basis for C-Section cases at District Civil Hospital, Karnal.
• Selection/continuation depends on NHM Haryana requirement and performance as per NHM norms.
• Specialist must provide coverage/visit up to 48 hours after delivery of mother and newborn or till discharge, whichever is earlier.

How to Apply

• Submit application in the prescribed manner to the Office of Civil Surgeon, Karnal.
• Applications must be submitted in Room No. 06, Office of Civil Surgeon, Red Cross Building, Mall Road, Karnal.
• Ensure application reaches the office on or before 10-12-2025.

Instructions

• Engagement is on on-call basis and does not confer any right for regular appointment.
• Selected specialist must follow NHM/Haryana rules and provide required post-delivery coverage for mother and newborn.
