Assistant General Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks and 16 years’ experience in design & engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, fertilizer, chemical or metallurgical projects.
Senior Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines with minimum 65% marks and 12 years’ experience, including managerial project experience.
Senior Manager / Manager / Deputy Manager (Projects): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with required experience of 12 / 8 / 4 years respectively.
Manager (Copper / Aluminium Smelter): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Metallurgy with minimum 65% marks and 8 years’ experience in smelter operations/design.
Manager (Planning & Scheduling): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project and 8 years’ experience.
Deputy Manager (Electrical): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical with minimum 65% marks and 4 years’ experience.
