Qualification Cluster Programme Manager: Bachelor’s in Medical/Allied Health or Master’s in Public Health / Health Management / Social Science / Psychology / Epidemiology. Deputy Director (BSD/CST/SI): MBBS or Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health / Health Administration / Social Sciences / Psychology / Microbiology. Deputy Director (LS): M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences) or B.Tech (Biotechnology). Assistant Director: Master’s in Public Health / Health Management / Social Sciences. Technical Officer: B.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences). Procurement Assistant: B.Com. Counsellor: Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Nursing. Laboratory Technician: BMLT / BMLS / DMLT / DMLS.
