Eligibility

• CHO – Nursing (93 Posts): B.Sc Nursing with Integrated BPCCHN (passed in 2021 or thereafter) from institute recognized by WBNC with valid registration/provisional certificate; OR GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc Nursing (before 2021) eligible for CPCH training. Must be permanent resident of West Bengal with proficiency in Bengali/local language.
• CHO – BAMS (5 Posts): BAMS degree from recognized Institute/University with registration/provisional certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad. Must be permanent resident of West Bengal with proficiency in Bengali/local language.

Salary & Pay Scale

• Consolidated Pay: Rs. 20,000/- per month
• Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to Rs. 5,000/- per month
• Stipend During CPCH Training: Rs. 10,000/- per month (as applicable)
• Tenure: Purely contractual, extendable based on performance and scheme continuation.
