Eligibility

• For HPUs: CA / ICWA / MBA from reputed institute with 4+ years as Chief of Finance/Accounts/Audit Wing & minimum 18 years total experience in PSU/Public Limited Company (Turnover ₹1000 Crores).
• For Other than HPUs: IRS / Indian Audit & Accounts Service / Civil Accounts / Defence Accounts / Railway Accounts / Indian Economic Service OR CA / ICWA / MBA with required experience.
• Minimum 6 years experience for IRS/Accounts Services OR 4+ years as Finance Chief with 18 years total experience for CA/ICWA/MBA candidates.

Salary / Pay Scale

• For PSU/HPU Candidates: ₹182200 – 224100 (Level-16) or protected existing pay.
• For Private Sector / Retired Officers: ₹1.8 Lakh per month with 5% annual increase.
